Helpful staff, and a perfect location to make a home from home!

Liked mostPerfect location in the heart of the old town with plenty of shops and cafes just steps away.

Could improveThe bed. It was just a mattress on the floor, but stylishly done. We are only small people but couldn’t stand up to get in and out of bed and had to shimmy off the edge. Plus, in the night, you could easily step off the bed and it a 2 foot drop to the landing and then the stairs… just not practical for adults.

Too many emails with no information. Requested ground floor and got a dangerous loft bed

Could improveI was not told that it was a loft platform with very low ceiling for the mattress. Very steep stairs and ceiling about 4’ above where you slept! Very dangerous.

Great place for family

Liked mostEasy check in and check out procedures. Clean and serves all purposes. Will return for the festival again in the future.

Could improveWould prefer door lock to be a little more secure. Looks damaged. Realised we spent the first night with the door loosely closed.
