Excellent experience!!

Liked mostI had an amazing time as a solo traveler at Live Aqua. You MUST have dinner at MB….I recommend the filet mignon. The property is beautiful and staff is accommodating. I started each day with a delicious, fully customizable smoothie from Marco. He was THE best and his smoothies are out of this world!!!

Liked mostThe experience at Live Aqua Cancun is amazing! This was our 8th visit and we are reminded why we keep coming back year after year. The employees, the atmosphere, the food, the cleanliness, the attention to detail among many other things that make this resort nothing short of spectacular! I have to give a shout out to a few people that make this place so enjoyable. Flavio, Maggie, Guillermo, Carlos, Jonathon, Alejandra, Lalo, Mauricio, David and many more that go above and beyond expectations. From arrival to departure, our stay was relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable. Thanks for making our 8th visit even more memorable than the 7 previous. We look forward to seeing you again soon!

One of the best all inclusive hotels Cancun

Liked mostWe had an amazing experience at live acqua. MB restaurant is amazing. Best soup I have ever have. Chef Williams was so nice. At the pool Rodrigo was so great and so helpful. Server David was the nicest. Would definitely come back.

Liked mostThe hotel is in a great location at the hotel zone, close to 2 malls, a ferris wheel and an aquarium where you can go to just walking from the hotel. The atmosphere of the hotel from the time you arrive to the hotel is very friendly, everyone is ready to answer questions and assist. The room view (ocean front) was beautiful having to see the whole hotel and the beach being able to appreciate all the place, also the room being well equipped with all we need for the stay. The hotel is a bit pricey but there is offers throughout the year to find a good deal, also well worth the money due to the ammount of attention and food you can find here, specially if you get higher levels suxh as aqua club for having a butler and other benefits. The hotel is focused on relaxation and senses so you can find a lot of amenities to relax, there is barely noise in there other than the waves of the beach and some music here and there ( if you are close enough) . We were attended by the butlers Eladio and Alex which did an amazing job helping us reserve restaurants, got us anything we needed for a more comforting stay and surprised us with details almost every day of our stay!! We appreciate the amazing service they gave us and would love to return.

Awesome Stay!!!

Liked mostWe visited Live Aqua Cancun for the first time in July of 2026. We loved it! Great service, amazing pools, food was outstanding! Chef William at MB went out of his way to make sure our dining experience was memorable. The habanero cream soup and fillet were the best food we’ve ever had at all inclusive! Gabino at the Sushi stand was so kind and made the best Sushi… Our butlers, Maggie and Carlis provided top notch service in our Aqua Club room. We’ll be coming back soon!

Amazing!!!

Liked mostThis was our 3rd time and once again it did not disappoint. The food and drinks were great and the service was exceptional as always. Jonathon at the pool bar took great care of us all week. We never had to want for anything. He is one of the reasons we keep coming back. Thanks Jonathon and Live Aqua. Can’t wait until next time!
