Frontline service used to be better at Andaz

Liked mostThe rooms are spacious. The hotel location is excellent, in close proximity to many eateries and a direct connection to Bugis MRT Downtown Line.

Could improveThis was our 4th stay at Andaz. We booked a suite for 2 adults and 2 children but reservations staff were not able to guarantee an extra bed until after check-in. They could have done a better job of reassuring by not throwing the tired ‘subject to availability’ line especially at regular guests like us.

Very comfortable.

Liked mostWe loved the roof top bar and buffet breakfasts. The location was great to explore the city and the cultures within it.

Could improveThey could have told us by signing up to the Hyatt club we would save 10% on breakfast and 20% on the rooftop meals.
