Liked mostHotel location is fantastic.straight across from subway. Very comfortable beds rooms and unsuited very good layout. Street nosie minimal. Pool an asset nice vibe at rooftop bar

Could improveAs an international traveller they take a sizeable deposit hold on your credit card against damages which I don't know if that's the norm in USA.. but quite a shock when you have pre paid and checking in... this could just be that I wasn't aware hotels did this

Apart from that, the room was beautiful. I wish they could extend the pool hours a bit longer.

Could improveThe fact that I arrived at 2:40 check-in time at 3:00pm. I have to wait an hour and 15 minutes to check in because my room wasn’t ready I checked in at 4:15. The staff needs to be better communicated with each other, especially in the pool area, since they received different information from different staff members.
