If you want to feel like royalty, this is the place to be. We went during off-season so I don’t know what it would be l

Liked mostThe hotel is beautiful. The room was quiet, an ample size, the air conditioner worked very well and the bed was very comfortable. The entire staff was extremely attentive, helpful and made us feel like royalty. It was my twin daughter’s 37th birthdays, and several restaurants, the pool staff & DJ all did something special for them each day. We did notify the concierge several weeks in advance, and they even decorated their rooms for their birthdays. My 8 year old granddaughter loved the staff and the activities at the Kids Club. We really enjoyed the many different delicious food choices. We hired the hotel photographer and got the best family group photos and videos. At breakfast on our last day, the restaurant staff came to tell us goodbye. We didn’t tell them, but somehow they knew it was our last day. The staff at this hotel is a cut above the rest. We did not want to leave!

Could improveThe tile around the pool needs attention in some spots.
