Exceptional staff/service, great location, perfect family spot

Liked mostThis was the third hotel during our trip (Lisbon- Chiado -> Lagos -> Lisbon- Oriente) and it did not disappoint! Our boys, ages 4 and 7, LOVED the bunk beds! Our room was fully stocked, including a combo washer/dryer which was convenient. The two pools, indoor/outdoor, were great. The EXCEPTIONAL review is a testament to the staff- those at check-in, those serving poolside drinks, and especially those in the restaurant. Wanted to give a special shout out to Tiago who made our last night's dinner unforgettable! I had inquired about the possibility of the restaurant arranging a Wine Tasting since getting out to do a Wine Tasting with kiddos wasn't very easy to do and Tiago went above and beyond, even did a Juice Tasting for the kids which was a huge hit! Would definitely recommend staying here!

O hotel é muito confortável, bem cuidado e possui uma excelente estrutura. O quarto estava impecavelmente limpo, confortável e organizado, proporcionando uma ótima estadia para toda a família. A localização também é um grande diferencial, facilitando bastante nossos deslocamentos e permitindo aproveitar muito bem a cidade. O café da manhã foi outro ponto positivo, com boa variedade e qualidade. Toda a equipe merece elogios pela cordialidade e pelo cuidado com os hóspedes. Sem dúvida, foi uma excelente escolha e ficamos muito satisfeitos com a experiência. Recomendamos o hotel e certamente voltaríamos a nos hospedar aqui!
