Some 1, 2 and 3 bedroom suites are equipped with king-zipped beds in each bedroom that can be split into two (twin) single beds. If the single bed configuration is required, your bedding preference will need to be requested at the time of booking or by notifying our Reservations Team at least 2 days before you arrive at the hotel. Studio suites have king beds that do not split. Extra charges will apply if the bedding configuration is changed on the day of arrival, during the check-in process or at any time during your stay. Our suites will be undergoing renovations from 11th January 2027 to 6th November 2027 . This may result in some noise disruption, increased demand for the lifts, and potentially longer wait times. We recommend adding some extra time to your ride.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. It was fine, until the security incident on the morning of our checkout.

Liked mostThe staff were accommodating and friendly. My request to change the single king bed arrangement into twin was kept which made our stay comfortable. The suite was very comfortable with sufficient items needed for the stay. We were also grateful for a late checkout at 11 am instead of 10 am.

Could improveOn the morning of our check out around 9:50 am (while we were still guests) a woman barged into our room with a crying child. She seemed to open the door with a key card to our room and entered our room twice while my friend and I were still there. My friend witnessed the whole thing sitting on the sofa, shocked to see someone barging into our room without knocking, while I was in the bathroom and heard the whole commotion - starting with a loud crying child (thinking it was outside our room), the sound of woman's voice talking to the child, the door being opened, and then being shut, then it being opened again when I heard my friend saying to the woman this is our room and not hers, she must be in the wrong room. I quickly came out of the bathroom when my friend recounted the scene and called reception straight away to check if any other guests had access to our room. We don't believe our room would have been assigned to a new guest that morning when check-in time is usually 3 pm, and especially while we were still guests at the hotel and not due to checkout until 11 am. We can't be sure if it was a hotel staff with her child with access to our room. I am also concerned for the wellbeing of the crying child, if the child did not belong to the person who entered our room as the whole incident seemed very strange to us. Regardless, if it were another guest on level 28 who was given incorrect room key, or a hotel staff with access to all rooms on the floor, this unauthorised access is clearly a security and a privacy breach - both of which are quite serious in nature, and a cause for concern for ongoing and future guests. We have lodged a verbal complaint with hotel reception (immediately by phone and in-person during our checkout), but this incident should be investigated thoroughly by Meriton and booking.com. This whole incident had left us with a very unpleasant experience and feeling when our overall stay was fine.
