Un oasis en el corazón de la Medina

Liked mostNuestra estancia en este Riad fue excelente. La habitación estaba muy limpia, era original y tenía mucho encanto. El desayuno, muy bueno, y el Wi-Fi funcionaba perfectamente. Con temperaturas de 43 °C, el Riad se convirtió en un auténtico oasis donde descansar y escapar del calor. La ubicación es inmejorable, en pleno corazón de la Medina, pero con fácil acceso a los taxis cuando es necesario. Un lugar con mucho encanto, muy bien cuidado y totalmente recomendable.

Liked mostUn véritable coup de cœur ! Dès l’entrée, on est accueilli par une délicieuse odeur d’encens qui, avec la magnifique décoration du riad, crée une ambiance chaleureuse et authentique. Les chambres sont superbes, très confortables et parfaitement équipées, avec une mention spéciale pour la douche extérieure, absolument incroyable. Le personnel est exceptionnel : accueillant, bienveillant et toujours aux petits soins. Un immense merci à Ismaël, qui nous a donné de précieux conseils sur Marrakech et a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Les petits-déjeuners faits maison étaient délicieux, tout comme le dîner sur la terrasse au coucher du soleil, un moment magique. Un riad familial où l’on se sent comme chez soi, que je recommande à 100 % !

Eccellente soggiorno a Marrakech

Per noi, essendo turisti italiani, la gestione della struttura da parte di uno staff italiano ha rappresentato un grande valore aggiunto. Abbiamo potuto organizzare con la signora Manuela e con tutto il suo team le attività che desideravamo svolgere con estrema facilità, ricevendo sempre consigli preziosi e un servizio impeccabile, puntuale e perfettamente organizzato. La colazione è stata ottima, le camere erano pulitissime e curate nei minimi dettagli. Ogni momento del nostro soggiorno ci ha fatto sentire accolti e seguiti con grande professionalità e attenzione. Un sentito grazie a Manuela e a tutti i suoi collaboratori per la disponibilità, la gentilezza e la passione con cui svolgono il loro lavoro. Se dovessimo tornare a Marrakech, sceglieremmo senza alcun dubbio questa struttura, soprattutto per la straordinaria accoglienza e per il senso di sicurezza e tranquillità che riesce a trasmettere ai propri ospiti.

Very stylish and wonderful location and communication

Liked mostThe staff at the Monriad are SO NICE and helpful. They communicated so well and quickly and answered many of my questions before I arrived. They arranged for pickup from another hotel I was staying at. The rooms are very pretty and clean. The location is very good and right by Bahia Palace and El Badi Palace. You can easily walk to their locations. They also have alternative milk for coffee in the morning which is wonderful. The hotel looks very stylish and cute inside. It’s a great deal for the price. I would definitely come back. There is a very charming rooftop too.
