Liked mostEasy access to subway / union square, vibrant area. Staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms are compact but well designed, beds extremely comfortable!

Could improveStreet hotel located on is a little rougher. ( but still felt safe) interior hotel hasn’t many windows and decor slightly nuclear bunker like! We arrived sat night and was very busy with bar upstairs… bit like arriving at clubbing venue! Very modern and served us as a family with exception that we were not allowed to take kids ( 18,16, 12 years) up to the amazing rooftop bar space. ( licensing law)

Feels like a glammed up student halls of residence

Liked mostThe location

Could improveThe rooms are very disappointing. Very small, no storage/wardrobes, no amenities like a fridge or kettle, no room service and cheap bedding. The four poster bed and odd furniture doesn’t work in a room this small and the lighting system is bizarre, lots of switches to figure out!
