Great place between Financial district and Central park to explore Manhattan

Liked mostGreat staff - clean and comfy room - great proximity to subway stations to get any where you need to go. The staff decorated our room for our anniversary and gifted us a free drink each in the bar too. Even when the elevators weren’t working 100%, they did their best to resolve it asap and even had a guy sat in one of them making sure you were able to get to your room quickly still.

Location and amenities are fantastic and very affordable for a new 4-star hotel in NYC

Liked mostThe location is fantastic, right on the border of SoHo, East Village, Nolita and LES and moments from two subway stations. This made getting around the city so easy and nothing ever felt too far away for a visit.i also appreciated the $20 credit per day to grab a coffee or danish to go before dashing off.

Could improveThe mattress was a bit on the soft side (which is probably a preference thing) and at check in, the clerk was a bit abrasive with us, didn’t mention any of the facilities we could request, like ice, and when she took our card, didn’t advise that it would put a $50 p/n bond on the room - which as we stayed eleven nights was $550 USD - would have liked the heads up.
