Liked mostThe location is brilliant, the hotel is traditional and lovely. The facilities are great. Side note, the reception staff are incredible and super helpful and friendly. Plus the later check-out is a rare find! Personally I asked if it was possible to re-book until we leave for the airport for our late evening flight but unfortunately there were no rooms available but we were permitted to use the lounge area for as long as we need. I had a bit of a troubled stomach and was given some tea. Exceptional staff 💯🫶

Could improveJust a side note. There were a few stains on the carpet and quite a lot of dust, especially on top of the wardrobe. The Courtyard area seems a bit neglected and the sole ashtray could do with a clean and maybe more ashtrays. The little things won't deter me from re-booking

Wir haben es sehr genossen, weil unsere kleine Hündin auch willkommen war.

Liked mostDas Zimmer war perfekt. Für das Frühstück bekamen wir freundlicherweise einen separaten Tisch im Teezimmer, sodass unser kleiner Hund dabei sein konnte. Das war wirklich toll. Auch dorthin bekamen wir jegliche Kaffeevariationen gebracht.

Could improveEine Kleinigkeit zu essen, wenn man Dank Bahn ganz spät ankommt, wäre toll. Ich kann aber auch verstehen, dass das schwierig ist. Wir hatten Glück, weil in diesem Kiez unter anderem eine Enoteca um die Ecke auf war, die noch Speisen servierte, weil so viele lokale Bewohner dort gemütlich saßen. Es ist eine wundervolle Gegend. Insgesamt sehr ruhig, aber mit vielen Restaurants, die noch spät lebendig sind.

Zeer mooi hotel in een prachtige buurt van Berlijn.

Liked mostHet werkelijk prachtige hotel en de ligging in Berlijn. Het ontbijt is uitstekend en in de buurt zijn zeer goede restaurants!

Could improveNa een ochtend op pad te zijn geweest kwam ik tegen 14:30uur terug op de kamer en deze bleek nog niet te zijn schoongemaakt. Ik dacht dat het per ongeluk vergeten was, dus toen vroeg ik hiernaar bij de receptie. Ik kreeg hierop een zeer koel antwoord dat de schoonmaakdienst tot 17:00uur hiervoor de tijd heeft.
