Liked mostWe were alone in a basement. Me my daughter in law and grandson. I expressed my concerns and the front desk told me it was the only thing available. No air conditioning when it plainly stated they did have air. We left without a refund and stayed at a different hotel the remainder of our stay. Very disappointed

Liked mostGreat stay. Very nice room for the price. They also let me stay in the car park after check out for no cost. Very nice.

Liked mostOverall, it was a good short experience yet two problems caught my attention. One is that the room/hotel had that cigarette smell from the past that was dominant, and the night shift receptionist was getting frustrated with a stapler and throwing f-words around while I was waiting for him to get me in. Otherwise, nice hotel, room was all good.
