Beautiful apartment in convenient location with some flaws.

Liked mostLocation is very central, well connected and spacious. Communication with the owner is swift and friendly.

Could improveThe main bedroom faces the busy and loud street and you cannot make the room dark. Light is coming through the shades. The last morning, the warm water in the shower did not work.

Liked mostL’appartamento è davvero bellissimo,pulito,molto grande in 4 persone si sta benissimo, la posizione è bellissima, comoda per raggiungere tutto ciò che c’è da vedere… a piedi , proprio sotto casa c’è il Bistro 23, dove si mangia benissimo, un consiglio se siete italiani portate con voi un chromecast se volete vedere la tv italiana in streaming…Carolina e Casper saranno sempre disponibili per qualsiasi informazione,consigliatissimo!!!!

Liked mostGanz schönes Apartment. Zentrale Lage, allerdings auch ein großer Nachteil, da extrem laut (wofür man den Vermieter allerdings nicht verantwortlich machen kann)

Could improveOhrenstöpsel haben leider nichts genutzt, nachts feierte der Nachbar im 1. Stock lautstarke Parties; an Samstagen ist in dem Lokal nebenan Livemusik; wir hatten das zweifelhafte Vergnügen von der Wohnung aus teilzuhaben. Insbesondere die Soli des Drummers waren nachhaltig beeindruckend. Ging bis ca 4 Uhr morgens. Leider war das Badezimmer sehr klein und nicht wirklich belüftet. Es roch ein bisschen danach, allerdings für eine Wohnung in einem historischen Gebäude wahrscheinlich nicht ungewöhnlich.
