Could improveThe rooftop bar staff, very indignant on 2 separate occasions. Had to ask for coffee and cream refills on the room on a couple of days

Liked mostNous avons tout aimé - Suite pour 4 personnes très spacieuse et bien ensoleillée (chambre 2001) - Petit dejeuner sur le rooftop, avec une terasse vue panoramique tres agréable. - Egalement un menu petit dejeuner tres large et bien delicieux, avec notamment un Bar a The et un choix multiple de thés et infusions de qualité. - Réception tres agréable avec un parfum d'ambiance top !!! - Quartier central, tout est proche a pieds.

Staff needs training and please no one needs to see you when you take a shower

Liked mostCentral location, big rooms and comfortable beds and cleanliness of the room.

Could improveThe front desk staff is not at all helpful, there’s was long line of people with all sorts of complaints when we checked in that checking in process took time. Also, the shower can be seen from the room. This was a mom/daughter trip so didn’t affect us much but can imagine the situation being uncomfortable if it was 2 travelers sharing a room
