Beautiful facility,

Liked mostLoved the artsy and funky decor and spacious rooms. Felt very secure. Breakfast was delicious, no hot egg options but otherwise amazing. Staff were very kind and helpful and friendly/conversational, helped with a dinner reservation and coordinating a taxi. We loved being across the river from the busier part of Florence, but everything was still easily walkable.

Could improveThis is in a shared building as part of the top floor and not a free-standing hotel, which made initial entry a bit confusing. Air conditioning was helpful but not fully effective on the hottest days, a fan was provided. Bed was very firm, which seems to be the standard around Italy.

Could improveLe bruit de la rue est gênant pour dormir. Taxis qui passent sur rue pavée et fêtards qui passent 'bruyamment' en rentrant chez eux. Une meilleure insonorisation côté rue serait bien. Je n'ai pas testé une chambre côté intérieur.

Above and Beyond!

Liked mostPerfect location and amazing staff! Situated off the beaten path in a secluded area away from the major city. Room was large, uniquely decorated and very clean. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to help with anything we needed. We would highly recommend!
