Quando se paga um hotel de 5 estrelas espera-se staff simpático, solícito e que não responda que o pagamento do quarto

Liked mostHotel lindíssimo; decoração com bom gosto e tudo muito limpo.

Could improveStaff mal preparado, pouco simpático, no pequeno-almoço as pessoas que serviam não nos ligaram nenhuma, estavam a olhar para os seus telemóveis e mal se aproximou a hora de fecho levantaram o buffet sem perguntarem se queríamos mais qualquer coisa. No check out queriam receber os extras sem mostrarem um printout do que se referiam. Enfim, hotel 5 estrelas com staff sem qualquer preparação.

Very happy with our stay

Liked mostAn absolutely beautiful hotel, room was large and very comfortable, balcony with garden view. Pool was warm and clean. Located a short walk from Metro station but also an easy walk to centre. Only a minute or two to cafes and shops. Couldn't fault it.
