Liked mostSize of room, location, automatic blinds & quiet

Could improveNot being able to adjust the air conditioning within the room was a dissapointment, espcially as having air conditining listed was one our our main criteria. After speaking to staff I was informed that it was controlled by reception and could not be changed but as we were so uncomfortable i asked multiple times for it to be changed it was not done and we were too warm throughout our time in the room even though the outside temperature was not particularly hot. There is a possibility it was not working properly and we were just expected to grin and bear it but either way it overshadowed any positive points and we would not return.

Beautiful, spacious rooms.

Liked mostThe room and bathroom were both more spacious than expected. The room was beautifully designed, modern, and very comfortable. Compared to other hotels in Rome within the same category and price range, this hotel offers excellent value for money.

Could improveThe bathtub drain was not functioning properly, causing water to accumulate and drain very slowly. This was a minor inconvenience that could be improved with some maintenance.

Liked mostWe had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was fantastic from beginning to end. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The restaurant on the 7th floor was excellent, with delicious food, great service, and a lovely atmosphere. The location was also perfect and very convenient for exploring the city. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience! We would absolutely love to come back again! ❤️
