Could improveThe paid parking is really expensive. There is a coffee machine in the lobby, but it never worked, and the staff gave us different explanations for why it is not on. There is no room service; you need to request it. Once we asked, they provided it quickly, but it still felt like an attempt to save costs. The breakfast area is small, and you need to ask for the coffee, and that may take some time and if you want more than one cup, it will give you the feeling of not asking for the second cup. There is a club or something near, and sometimes the music is loud and you can hear it in the room There is a small spa, but you need to pay 60 EURO to use it ?! Overall, I believe it is a bit overpriced for what you get. But we had a good time staying there

Formidable séjour

Liked mostHôtel moderne et joliment décoré, très bien situé, à deux pas de la vieille ville. Nous avions un studio spacieux, moderne et confortable. Le lit est grand et la literie de qualité. Le personnel est accueillant et professionnel, avec de très bons conseils pour découvrir les restaurants du quartier. Le petit déjeuner est varié, frais et délicieux, et le service était impeccable. Le studio disposait également d’un coin cuisine bien équipé, mais nous ne l’avons pas utilisé : nous avons préféré découvrir les plats traditionnels du pays. Nous avons tout aimé dans cet hôtel et le recommandons sans hésitation. Nous reviendrons ici lors de notre prochain séjour à Prague, c’est certain !

Liked mostBreakfast was great, wide variety, fresh juice, a lot of options for kids. Staff was very friendly. We had a ton of suitcases & car seats to store in the luggage room and they were very helpful. Also ordered a mini-van to take us to the airport.
