Could improveDas Zimmer war sehr alt und abgenutzt. Wir haben ein normales Zimmer gebucht und haben ein Barrierefreies Zimmer bekommen, was bedeutet das Waschbecken usw war sehr klein und nicht sowie wir uns unter dem Preis vorgestellt haben. Zusätzlich war es in der Nacht zu laut. Man hat jeden Lärm von der Copacabana gehört und konnte teilweise nicht schlafen. Leider sehr enttäuschend.

Liked mostFoi a nossa segunda vez no Rio de Janeiro e também a segunda hospedagem no Othon Palace. Diferente da primeira, desta vez tivemos a sorte de receber um quarto com vista frontal para o mar e, em poucas palavras, a vista era simplesmente de tirar o fôlego. O quarto era muito espaçoso, a cama extremamente confortável e toda a acomodação proporcionou uma excelente estadia. Durante as férias tivemos um acidente e precisávamos de uma cadeira de rodas. Felizmente, o hotel nos emprestou uma imediatamente, o que fez toda a diferença e demonstrou muito cuidado e atenção em um momento difícil. Somos muito gratos por esse suporte.

Could improveInfelizmente, nossa experiência com o atendimento foi muito diferente da primeira estadia. Desde o check-in fomos recebidos com pouca cordialidade. O funcionário responsável parecia agir como se estivéssemos pedindo um favor, chegou a questionar o upgrade que havia sido concedido e, além disso, não nos direcionou ao check-in VIP, benefício ao qual tínhamos direito. Essa falta de simpatia e profissionalismo se repetiu em diversos setores do hotel: no bar, por exemplo, os garçons passavam bastante tempo conversando entre si antes de atender os hóspedes. Quando finalmente éramos atendidos, as bebidas frequentemente eram servidas em copos plásticos, o que não condiz com o padrão esperado de um hotel dessa categoria e foi um contraste marcante em relação à excelente experiência que tivemos na nossa primeira visita. É uma pena, porque a estrutura, a localização e os quartos continuam excelentes, mas o atendimento desta vez deixou muito a desejar.
