Liked mostThe hotel is nice and centrally located in the heart of Waikiki with everything is walking distance and accross the street from the beach. Our view was very nice and we could see the Ocean and Diamond Head from our Lanai.

Could improveWhen we checked in we got assigned a room on a floor where there was no hot water and no telling when it would be fixed but they were working on it and offered a hospitality room to take showers until it was fixed. This was unacceptable so we spoke with a manager who promptly assigned us another room on a floor where the hot water was working and comped our resort and parking fees for the duration of our stay. However, since the resort fee had already been included in the cost we paid ahead of time, I'm still waiting to see how this would be refunded.
