Elevating our first time in Buenos Aires

Liked mostVery nice hotel in a superb location. Friendly and effective staff. Highly recommended. We stayed at Palacio Duhau for four nights and had an excellent experience. The hotel combines the elegance of a historic palace with modern comfort, creating a unique atmosphere that feels both luxurious and welcoming. The location in Recoleta is outstanding—within walking distance of many of Buenos Aires’ top attractions, restaurants, parks, and museums, while remaining quiet and safe. The staff were consistently warm, professional, and attentive. From check-in to departure, every interaction was pleasant and efficient, and the concierge team provided helpful recommendations and assistance throughout our stay. Our suite room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, with excellent housekeeping service. The hotel grounds, including the gardens connecting the palace and modern building, are beautiful and provide a peaceful retreat in the middle of the city. Palacio Duhau was the perfect base for our first visit to Buenos Aires. We would gladly stay here again and would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality hotel experience in the city. Rating: 5/5.

Could improveO quarto que havíamos reservado, era muito básico para o preço. Não era uma suíte 5 estrelas. Tinha uma bela vista para o jardim do hotel, mas muito simples para ser de um hotel mais caros de Buenos Aires. O ar condicionado apresentava problemas, a tv também. Havíamos deixado algumas migalhas de biscoito na cama, à noite, depois das arrumadeiras terem ido, fomos dormir, as migalhas permaneciam lá. Ou seja, nem sacudiram o lençol, tudo inadmissível para qualquer categoria de hotel, muito menos para um Hyatt.
