Palacio Ludovice did not meet my expectations

Liked mostI booked this hotel with the intention of experiencing the wine experience. When I got to the hotel, I was told the restaurant and bar were unavailable on the night I stayed and I was not able to enjoy the food or wine. I was really disappointed. The staff apologized, but I was never given the option to enjoy another food and wine experience at the hotel. I would have liked to have had that option.

Could improveThe shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor. I almost slipped and fell. I asked the front desk to clean up the water and was told it would be taken care of. I left for dinner and came back an hour later, the water was still all over the bathroom floor.

Custo benefício fraco.

Liked mostQuarto ok.

Liked mostFantastic service from the moment we stepped through the door. Staff went the extra mile and the little extra upgrades and treats were really appreciated. Beautiful room too.
