Superb location on Copacabana beachfront.

Liked mostFabulous location right on Copacobana beachfront with a great view from the side facing room we'd booked. All the staff were very helpful and friendly but Lucas the receptionist was incredibly professional and a real star. We had a little issue on arrival when we were told our room was ready for early check-in but it wasn't actually fully ready when we got up to it. Lucas was fully apologetic and for our return visit for one night a week later he upgraded us to one of the best rooms in the hotel. The kind of service all hotels should aspire to.

Could improveThe service at the rooftop restaurant was very slow and the food wasn't really up to the standard we'd expect for such an exclusive and prime location.

Could improveQuarto péssimo, velho e com cheiro de mofo. Havia solicitado uma cama com colchão rígido, devido a problema de coluna, e não fui atendido. O banheiro era péssimo pra entrar uma porta de espelho pesada e que n funcionava bem. No final ainda fui cobrado de uma taxa de turismo que nunca paguei nas minha idas ao Rio de Janeiro.

Could improveReservei o melhor quarto do hotel para comemorar 1 ano de relacionamento com minha noiva e o ar condicionado não estava funcionando. Alertei logo no começo da tarde e, depois de insistir varias vezes, só foram avaliar a situação as 21h da noite. Não resolveram a situação do nos trocaram de quarto para outro com vista inferior. Falaram que para compensar iriam nos deixar em Um quarto melhor o resto da estadia, mas no dia seguinte o gerente disse desconhecer a situação.
