Liked mostGreat location and friendly/helpful staff. The family room layout worked well for sharing a room with an 8yo.

Could improveIt was a little dated and the bed/pillow combination wasn’t great from a comfort perspective (recognise that’s a very personal perspective!)

Liked mostThe staff are so friendly, especially reception and concierge. The rooftop pool also had a fantastic view and is a great facility, especially on a hot day as the pool is a cooler temperature. Room was lovely and spacious. There was complimentary water in the room and also given robes and slippers. I would stay here again if I went back to Florence

Amazing hotel on the river.

Liked mostThis hotel was awesome. The location was exceptional. Our room had the river view, which was nice. The highlight of this hotel was the rooftop. The rooftop had some amazing views of Florence and beyond. The staff were very helpful and kind.
