It was a family gathering and we spent good time together regardless of the resort.

Liked mostVery special Hispanic design and luxurious garden and landscape with renown F&B outlets.

Could improveVery expensive for the rooms type. Air conditioning problems and could not be fixed despite many attempts by the technicians- which has led to change the rooms late evening.

Could improveThe pools general were small and overrun, difficult to find space. Had to pay to use other pools There is no adults only pool which you don’t pay for Even though it said no toys balls in pool it was full of them The children ran amok in the pools even in the private LPM pool and didn’t listen to staff - parents didn’t care. Dangerous behaviour by the kids - felt sorry for the staff who kept telling them not to. Should have some sort of action as it disrupted so many other guests - should be removed from the pool
