Excellent Hotel

Liked mostWe stayed for the first time, for one night, a week or so ago at Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour, as we had an appointment close by that evening. Our accommodation was a Deluxe One King Bedroom Harbour View Apartment, and it was excellent. Sitting on the verandah in the afternoon, looking out over Sydney Harbour and the Harbour Bridge, was just spectacular; albeit that announcements from the nearby train station would sometimes be heard in the background. Unfortunately we didn't have the opportunity to visit the in-house restaurant, but we'll certainly rectify that on our next visit. As Accor Diamond members we receive a range of additional ammenities, which we're always very grateful for, but the thing that we're most appreciative of here is the dedication and helpfulness of all the staff. Their level of care ensured that our stay was memorable, and I do believe that level of care would apply not just to us, but to all of their guests. Thank you to everyone, this is exactly what we look for in a 5 star hotel.
