Guests are required to show the credit card used for the booking upon check-in. In case the card was not theirs, the guest will be required to pay upon arrival, and the money charged from the card used to make the booking will be refunded. Guests who would like to receive a VAT invoice, please contact the hotel staff immediately after booking. Appropriate information with full company data and NIP number can be entered in the box on special requests in the booking form or passed directly to the staff. Please note that the lack of information will make it impossible to issue an invoice later.When staying at the property with children, note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult they’re staying with. A deposit may be required at the property.
