Comfortable stay, great location, friendly staff

Liked mostThe hotel location is perfect and it is near a metro line so you can travel to anywhere in the city from here. Around the hotel there are plenty of restaurants, bars. cafes and fast food options. The hotel staff at the front desk, breakfast and the bar were friendly and provided excellent service. The room was good, nothing special but nothing bad at all. IWe would stay here again.

Could improveThe bar closes early, around 9.30pm and sometimes we're only getting back to the hotel around that time and wanted to have a drink but couldn't. No other real issues.

Liked mostThe candies and water in the lobby was a nice touch. Also staff helped my son print out an urgent document which was very helpful!

Could improveThere was scribling on room wall a dirty rug around the bed and Tv didnt show any english channels. However, the most disappointing thing for us was the fact that, even though we had already paid in full 2 month previously, they charged our credit card with full payment again which left us without access to funds for duration of holiday and a potential over limit charge from the bank. There was absolutely no compassion for their error and they just kept saying itll be in bank within 3-5 days. Even though they recognised it was their fault they didnt offer any help to get us through . We embarrassingly had to ask our daughter to send us some money across after wasting half a day trying to sort it out on a day we should have been celebrating our wedding anniversary. Only postitive to the hotel is the location but can not see how this is 4 star and the staff certainly need to work on their customer service/empathy skills. To add insult to injury a refund has now been received but less that what you took!!!
