Fabulous location but room for improvement

Liked mostHotel has a fabulous location but I wouldn't say its 5star. The room we had was comfortable and quiet. The ac worked 3 days out of 4. The mini fridge worked 1 day out of 4. There was always rubbish and room service debris in the corridors, maybe not enough staff. Lack lustre reception when we arrived. Its a good hotel, but seemed lacking when compared with other 5star hotels I've stayed in.
