Liked mostAbsolutely beautiful room, amazing staff who was so hospitable beyond anything I’ve experienced before, and the hotel is in SUCH a perfectly central location amongst the different main areas of Firenze. I hope to come back and stay again very soon.

Ja, Florenz muss man gesehen haben, aber Übernachten muss nicht in dieser Unterkunft sein.

Liked mostDie Lage direkt am Arno und sehr zentrumsnah ist prinzipiell ausgezeichnet. Übrigens ist die gegenüberliegende Seite des Arnos auch mal ganz schön. Da ist es bedeutend ruhiger und es gibt sogar ein kleines Irisches Pub mit Guinness und Kilkenny vom Fass. :-)

Could improveDie Parkplatzsituation (keine 100 m vom Hotel) ist eigentlich sehr gut. Aber eine Garage zu finden (ohne Unterstützung der Unterkunft) und mit dem Auto dann dorhin zu kommen ist "herausfordernd". Eine Rezeption im eigentlichen Sinne gibt es nicht. Aber bei der vereinbarten Ankunft ist jemand da und alles hat funktioniert. Das zimmer ist klein und zugestellt und die Klimaanlage hoffnungslos unterdimensioniert. Der Mini-Balkon geht zu einer belebten Kreuzung, an der 7 Straßen aufeinandertreffen. Aufgrund der Hitze von 38 bis 39°C, des Straßenverkehrs und des geringen Platzangebots war er kaum nutzbar.

Perfect spot!

Liked mostMy parents stayed for 3 nights in August. They were delighted with the location, the staff and the entire experience. They loved being able to sit out on the balcony to take in the view in the evening and they were especially pleased with the aircon while it was so hot outside. The little "help yourself" bar was a lovely treat too and communication with the hotel before the trip was great.
