Amazing hotel in the perfect location in downtown Toronto.

Liked mostAmazing spacious and well designed rooms. Very friendly staff.

Could improveNo access to the restaurant with the dog, even if pets are allowed in the hotel (Bar was closed). While booking no fees for pets were mentioned but then a rather high prize was mentioned while checking in. There is definitely space to improve concerning the handling with pet companions (that are well trained and behaving).

Could improveIl serait souhaitable que le ménage soit effectué tous les jours et ne soit pas réclamé par le client. Le manager a fait un geste commercial et je le remercie.

A wonderful modern hotel close to all you’d want to do while in Toronto

Liked mostHotel centralissimo (Downtown), vicino alla CN tower. Camere spaziose e molto confortevoli. Letti comodi, macchinetta del caffè in stanza e dispenser di acqua a disposizione al piano. Staff molto gentile. Lo consiglio!
