Liked mostΑπάτη! Άλλο μας έδειχνε η φωτογραφία κ επειδή το έφτιαχναν χωρίς καμία πριν ειδοποίηση μας έτρεχαν σαν τους τρελούς μέσα στην ζέστη σε άλλο!! Το οποίο δεν μπορούσες να το βρεις με τίποτα!!!!!!

Liked mostEl alojamiento estaba limpio y Hamza muy atento, amable y servicial en todo momento. Contratamos el transfer al aeropuerto y Hamza nos estaba esperando fuera de la Medina.

Could improveContratamos transfer al aeropuerto para regresar a nuestro destino. Quedamos a las 3;30 de la madrugada. Nadie estaba esperándonos, llamamos a Hamza y a Fátima, no hubo respuesta. Tuvimos que salir de la Medina y buscar un taxi que amablemente nos llevó a un cajero y después al aeropuerto. Solicité un reembolso del transfer y desayuno que nadie nos preparó. Solo recibí largas y buenas palabras. Finalmente he tenido que abrir disputa a Revolut para la devolución de un servicio que no recibí, desde el 26 de abril hasta el 10 de junio que abrí disputa y hasta el 12 de julio que he recibido mi dinero. No volveré a este alojamiento.

Incridible, there really was not a better experience we could have asked for.

Liked mostEverything was super clean, had air conditioning which is essential during the scorching marrocan sun. Also the included breakfast was amazing. But for me the thing that really stood out was our host - Ayoub - he is genuinely the greatest host ive had the pleasure of meeting, not only was he available 24/7, he is genuinely someone very nice to talk to and interact with. So much so, that i ended up becoming friends with him and even going out to dinner on his day off. To be honest no amount of praise and money would describe correctly the experience he was able to provide. I wish all the staff of riad argan a lot of success in the future because they deserve it, but specially Ayoub due to the amazing service and overall amazing human being he is. I hope that we can come again and catch up! 😁

Liked mostC’est un très beau Riad, le Riad se trouve proche du centre. Le point positif c’est que malgré sa localisation, nous n’avions aucun dérangement sonore. Le rooftop est très beau et également le petit bassin nous a permis de nous rafraîchir durant les fortes chaleurs. Le personnel est génial, durant notre séjour nous étions en contact avec Ayoub et il nous répondait à toute heure et prenait soin de nous. Egalement, il nous a très bien renseigné sur Marrakech.

Liked mostNous avons séjourné avec ma fille dans ce riad magnifique une semaine Le riad est très bien placé proche du palais bahia La terrasse sur les toits est un vrai bonheur 🤩 atmosphère très reposante ❤️ nous avons adoré prendre notre thé en soirée sur les bed Le personnel est discret et avenant Mention particulière pour Ayoub qui aime son métier, il est très accueillant et souriant on se sent à l'aise immédiatement La propriétaire fatima est tout aussi accueillante et bienveillante Nous reviendrons c'est sûr Nous recommandons a 100% ce riad vous y passerez des moments incroyables Choukran very much🫶❤️
