Superb!

Liked mostYou will not go wrong if you book this place. It’s immaculate and the staff are wonderful. Be aware that if you book ground floor rooms you are literally in the main reception, kitchen, bar and restaurant area. It’s not a tranquil room. Had a hamman and a massage, both excellent. Located 10 minutes stroll from Mann square and 5 minutes from Jewish quarter. Riad is also relatively easy to find once dropped by taxi/lift. Would highly recommend.

A true Moroccan experience!

Liked mostFrom the time of booking to the day we checked out, we had a fantastic experience with Riad Jona. They arranged for an airport shuttle as well as a cart to wheel our luggage the 5 min walk from the Main Street to their location (a must over the uneven cobble stone roads of the Medina), gave us a warm welcome of Moroccan Tea & biscuits in the sitting room as we checked in, and easily handled all the little details of our stay that we needed help with. Food was delicious (we had the Lamb & Chicken Tajine for dinner and would highly recommend it!) as well as fresh fruits, yogurt, breads & coffee for breakfast. I opted for a Hammam & massage our first morning there and it was amazing! The hot tub was closed but the pool was open, though it was too cold and rainy out to use it. The rooftop garden will be stunning in the spring / summer when everything is in bloom, and there are lots of cozy sitting areas throughout the Riad to relax. We enjoyed a Hookah the first night there which the staff set up for us, and were only a 5 min walk away from the main square of the Medina and Bahia Palace. We were so impressed with our entire stay, and absolutely loved all the staff. We highly recommend Riad Jona for anyone who wants a true Moroccan welcome and overall experience!

Liked mostWe had the most amazing experience staying at Riad Jona in Marrakech. It’s perfectly located in the charming chaos of the old medina, just a two-minute walk from the souks. The staff went above and beyond – the service was exceptional, and everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. We felt completely at home and safe from the moment we arrived. The riad itself is beautifully decorated, and the rooftop terrace is the most wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sun. If you’re ever staying in Marrakech, I would choose Riad Jona again without hesitation. We will definitely be back – our warmest recommendations! 🌿✨

Liked mostStaying in a Riad a very different experience than in a hotel and enjoyed our 2 nights stay here. Each staff member is freindly and very helpful. A useful information I would share rgat I wish I had before our trip. To reach here you should get a taxi to “Place Mellah” ( a roundabout) and then drag your bags over for 5-6 mins. But that's not too bad. This place is quite and peaceful, given that its close to a busy Souk

Liked mostThe place is nice and in an ok location. They have done well with trying to make it resort like but it’s not a resort. The beds are terrible like sleeping on plywood and the pillows are just as bad. The place is very noisy, you can hear normal conversations through the wall and the alley way out front is extremely noisy.
