An outstanding Riad with the best possible staff

Liked mostEverything and everyone have just been beyond all best expectations. The Riad is truly beautiful. The amenities and facilities are so many and well maintained. You might not notice the amount of work being put in it, but it’s outstanding. The staff is unreal for the kindness, joy, active commitment and the lovely smiles in every single moment. Both the Riad policy and the staff effort make it very pleasant and easy for their guests to enjoy Marrakech.

Could improveNot really a big issue. However, our room had sun beds placed just outside the door with people obstructing the way (often moving the big umbrella right in the way) and chatting, which at times felt quite awkward and uncomfortable.

An absolute gem in the heart of the Medina

Liked mostWe stayed at Riad Kheirredine for 4 nights and honestly did not want to leave. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like family rather than guests. Nothing was too much trouble, whether it was arranging dinner reservations, organising transfers, or helping with anything we needed throughout the stay. The complimentary laundry service was a brilliant touch too, something you rarely see. The riad itself is stunning. Beautifully restored with gorgeous traditional Moroccan detailing, but with all the modern comforts you could want. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the rooftop terrace is the perfect spot to unwind with views over the Medina, especially at sunset. Breakfast each morning was fresh and generous, with lovely Moroccan options to start the day. The riad is tucked away from the noise of the Medina, and the team will happily walk you to the main road or arrange a guide if you're worried about getting lost in the alleys, which is a really nice touch. What sets this place apart is the service. We've stayed at many 5 star hotels around the world, and the service here genuinely surpassed them all. The attention to detail and warmth of the staff turned a great stay into an unforgettable one. If you're visiting Marrakech, do yourself a favour and book here. We'll definitely be back.

Un joyaux dans la médina

Liked mostNotre séjour au Riad Kheirredine était parfait en tout point, et plus que nous aurions pu l’imaginer. Depuis les attentions à notre arrivée, le petit déjeuner généreux, la gentillesse du personnel qui nous fait nous sentir comme à la maison, et que dire du lieu qui est une belle représentation de la qualité de l’artisanat marocain. Quelle attention au détail ! Des mosaïques de zelliges en passant par les portes en cèdre sculpté, etc.. le Riad est une oasis de calme et de sérénité au sein de la Médina et nous reviendrons sans l’ombre d’un doute. Et une mention spéciale à Ali qui nous a particulièrement touché par sa gentillesse et sa sincérité et qui a pris le temps de nous apprendre quelques mots d’arabe. Un grand merci pour tout !
