Could improveCuando nos íbamos nos pasaron una cuenta de frigobar qué no habíamos consumido. Nos hicieron firmar que eso no lo habíamos consumido y no nos cobraron nada.

Could improveTive que mudar 3 vezes de quarto! O ar condicionado com barulho horrível de ventilação, chamaram um técnico e nada resolvido. Todos os quartos que mudei eram a mesma coisa. A temperatura é bloqueada e só vai até 21 graus, não abaixa mais que isso. O funcionário Porfirio foi muito atencioso.

Great value and outstanding service

Liked most10/10 on everything that matters! Excellent breakfast, quiet surroundings, and not nearly overcrowded. The view from the partial sea-view room was astonishing! It even had a narrow but enjoyable balcony. Everyone at the reception was professional and kind. There were at least three lifts, and all of them were working perfectly. The shampoo and conditioner were surprisingly good. There were plenty of towels, the bed was comfortable, and the linens were spotless. I’ll definitely be back if I vacation in Barra da Tijuca again!
