Liked mostWe enjoyed 7 nights at The Rubens at The Palace. The location in Westminster is beautiful with plenty of dining on site at the Rubens as well as within walking distance. The rooms are clean, well kept with daily housekeeping service. The front desk, doorman, concierge, room service staff and restaurant staff are all very accommodating, professional and friendly. There is always someone quickly opening the door for guests and assisting with luggage. While in London we took a nice tour of Buckingham palace and St. James park which is a short walk from Hotel. There are 2 nearby grocery stores if needed, very short walk from hotel. Also locally with a quick taxi you can enjoy Chelsea, SOHO, and Hyde Park, and Harrods all areas with great shopping and dining. We saw a musical in the West End, also a short taxi. Bellman hail taxis for you whenever needed. The staff truly does everything necessary to provide a most comfortable and luxurious stay in London.
