Wonderful hotel

Liked mostBig room with king bed and sofa in living room area. Kitchenette was great for our happy hour. The wine store is a block away. Just ask the incredible staff and they will give you directions. Always smiling and glad you are there. Let us check in early. Great location and close walk to grand central

First Time NYC stay!

Liked mostWe LOVED staying here as first time NYC visitors from Australia! We were upgraded on arrival due to a fellow guest on the floor below having just had surgery and the hotel staff wanted to assist with a quiet recovery which tells you how much they care about guest comfort. We were on the 16th floor. Rooms were extremely generous in size, very comfy and all staff incredibly helpful. Andy the Bellmen was a highlight, helping us out everyday with great ideas and places to go. Truly enhanced our NY experience. Everything was an easy walk from the hotel, restaurants, attractions, subway entrances….a real breeze to find our way around. We utterly enjoyed our experience here and would absolutely recommend staying here. Thank you for having us!

Liked mostExcellent Staff....from the Front Desk, Bellmen to the Housekeepers! Great location and clean, comfortable rooms and beds!! It was quiet and there are many great restaurants nearby. And bonus about a 15 minute walk to Times Square!

Perfect for our family!

Liked mostI cannot say enough, good things about this hotel. The staff was the kindest and most helpful hotel staff I’ve had in recent memory. The hotel room was clean and big! Location is great. It feels like old school New York in the best possible way. And I thought it was very reasonably priced. We will be back for sure.

Our best NYC hotel experience.

Liked mostWe had a four-night stay in an Executive Junior Suite Queen. It was a quiet, comfortable room with plenty of space. The kitchenette was very handy with fresh bottles of water every morning. The location is within walking distance of MOMA, the Frick, other museums, and Broadway, as well as multiple dining locations. The attached restaurant, Spice Symphony, has excellent food and a lunch special that is well worth the price. The staff is extremely friendly. and helpful. We hope to return here the next time we visit NYC.
