Overall good but communication could be improved

Liked mostThe rooms are big, clean and comfortable.

Could improvei didn't receive the email with instructions, therefore was a bit lost. There was no clear indication on the outside of the property, with a sign and name of the property so I was confused at which door I should be entering. I finally reached a lady on the phone who was very helpful and brought me to my room but there was no tv or wifi. She then gave me another room. otherwise, it's location is very good if you are just spending the night there.

Basic, clean accommodation in a very convenient area

Liked mostThe location is extremely convenient for the EU institutions and there are many restaurants in the area. The property has the basics you would need for a short self-catered stay.

Could improveSadly, the property has no lift, so it is a challenge to carry luggage up to the rooms. Also, the kitchen is very basic, so not really suitable for cooking a meal from scratch.

Could improveThe ground floor appartment it's to noisy. You can ear anything in the upper floor or the persons entrying in the building. Inpossible to sleep more then 2 straight hours.
