Very comfortable made easy by location.

Liked mostLocation was excellent. Easy access to public transport, taxi, shops, restaurants, etc. Sights such as St Mary's Cathedral, Art Gallery of NSW etc. Check in and out was relatively easy.

Could improveWe had a dreadful view out of our window! We thought a three night stay warranted better. Room/bathroom starting to show signs of ageing. We thought the Sydney Common restaurant and In Room Dining was very expensive but that may have been us not being used to Sydney food prices.

Could improveBathroom in the room, shower really hard to control the heater. Not good with kids as it might burn little child with shower has to manually adjust. Water leaks out to the bathroom. This needs an upgrade.

A comfortable, clean hotel in a great location, but the service could be improved.

Liked mostThe hotel was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and overall it was a pleasant place to stay with a family. We also found it easy to get around Sydney from the hotel.

Could improveSome of the reception staff came across as quite rude and unhelpful. Housekeeping was also often very late in the day, which meant our room was sometimes missed because we needed to return for our child’s nap.
