Great service at the Cullinan

Liked mostLocation was excellent and we enjoyed using the shuttle bus to/from the V&A waterfront. This service was extremely convenient. Our girls enjoyed using the heated swimming pool and we enjoyed drinks on the courtyard terrace. Breakfasts was a buffet but staff had good understanding of gluten and cross-contamination for my coeliac daughter. Leigh, in customer relations was excellent and extremely accommodating with any of our requests. 10/10!

Could improveWhile the parking was only R60/night, this should be a free service for those already paying to stay at the hotel. The hotel puts out treats and sweets in the lobby every afternoon for guest to enjoy but these NEED to be marked with any allergens. I don't think it is difficult to consult the packaging and mention the allergens (on a small card) next to the bowls/jars of sweets/treats, similar to their breakfast buffet.
