Es gelungener Aufenthalt.

Liked mostAls Architekten finden wir das Gebäude und die Wohnung und den Nordhafen insgesamt sehr gelungen. Was in Dänemark generell fehlt ist der außenliegende Sonnenschutz wodurch sich die Wohnungen im Sommer stark aufheizen. Etwas störend sind die Baustellen rundherum und die Metro direkt vor dem Gebäude was zu einer starken Lärmbelastung führt und die Nachtlüftung behindert.

Liked mostStor og luftig leilighet. Deilig beliggenhet ved sjø med bademulighet, restauranter++ Nær metroen som tok deg raskt inn til sentrum.

Could improveMetroen gikk 10 meter unna et av soverommene og var veldig støyete.
