Exceeded our expectations.

Liked mostThe bedroom was better than expected. Very quiet and well located Hotel. Everything is very functional, the shower was hot and powerful, towels, fluffy, bed very comfortable, plenty of teabags. We could get milk from the bar downstairs which we kept in the fridge in the room. Good hairdryer, overall very comfortable.

Could improveIt is a shame not to have Netflix or iPlayer available.

Great location and lovely staff, expensive but similar price to other hotels in the area

Liked mostVery good location, very helpful staff, very clean room

Could improveLoud vacuuming noises when we arrived - appreciate things need to be cleaned but we couldn't hear eachother speak. Windows were washed at 8.30am Sunday morning which gave us a fright - some notice this was happening would have been helpful.
