Liked mostTolles Hotel. Ein Highlight, die Rooftopbar. Wir waren Im Restaurant essen. Einfach lecker mit Aussicht über ganz Frankfurt. Wir kommen wieder!

Could improveWir haben das Hotel nur wegen dem Whirlpool gebucht, konnten es leider nicht nutzen, da es erst als wir einchecken wollten gereinigt wurde, somit brauchte das Wasser 10-15 Std. min. zum heizen. Da wir nur eine Nacht (330,-€) da waren, war das für die Nacht überteuert. Auf eine anteilige Rückerstattung, wollte sich das Hotel nicht einlassen, obwohl hier mit " Loft Suite mit Whirlpool " die Kunden gelockt werden. Es ist auch ein Unding vom Booking.com, dass das unterstütz wird. Obwohl ich die Beschwerde über Booking.com eingereicht habe. Die Aussage vom Hotel Direktor war das unverschämteste dazu, "der Whirlpool sei nicht auschlaggebend für ihre Buchung" Was glaubt er, wer er ist? glaubt er jemand zahlt für die Suite ohne Whirlpool nutzen zu können, 330,-€ die Nacht ( Angebot). Zudem war es sehr laut, da das Restaurant auf der 6. Etage auch ist, wie die Suite. Es gab eine private Feier, die bis 2 Uhr morgens ging. Die Wände sind dünn und hellhörig. Die Türen werden geknallt ohne Rücksicht auf die Gäste, morgens der Staubsauger sehr früh, also an schlafen war nicht zu denken, für 330 € Ich empfehle das Hotel nicht, weil wir das Pool nicht nutzen konnten und noch mehr möchte ich davon abraten, dass der Hotel Direktor so unverschämt ist. Habe später die Rezensionen gelesen, ich war nicht die einzige wo er so unverschämt war. Ich wollte mit meinem Mann sein Geburtstag da feiern, war schon länger unser Wunsch gewesen, im Pool sitzen und auf die Skyline schauen, leider wurde uns der Wunsch genommen.
