Expectations Met

Liked mostWhat a great place to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. My room was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. It had everything you need for you stay. The pool are a nice and well kept. I loved how close it was to bars, restaurants, Red Rock Casino, and shopping at Downtown Summerlin. Property was quiet in the evening. I would absolutely recommend this property.

Mostly a great experince

Liked mostThe staff was very friendly and happy to help you. The rooms were a great size for our family and mostly very clean. The pool was great and the surrounding area was very clean as well. The complex was very quiet and the parking spot that we were assigned made leaving and coming back so easy.

Could improveThe beds in the rooms and sofa bed were very uncomfortable, too hard. The pillows were also very flat. The outlet in the primary bathroom looked like someone had burned an appliance and the burn mark was still on the outlet frame. So I didnt want to use the blow dryer because it scared me. The faucet was loose and moved when you needed to turn on the water. The kitchen and living room had several of the floor tiles so loose that they shook and moved when you walked by.
