Liked mostStaff accommodated our very late check in and were very friendly. Lots of little details had been well thought of and small extras that made our stay that bit more luxurious

Hard pass for me. Half way houses offer more for half of not a quarter of the price.

Liked mostStaff friendly. Pillows are feather pillows. Comfy. The rest was not nice.

Could improveThe tv was really far from the beds to the corner. So the one double bed would not be able to watch tv while in bed. Rooms are huge. Too big. We booked for 2 ppl and got 2 double beds. Why ? It’s really flippen expensive for one night that does not include breakfast. Or a parking spot which is 15€ per night. Bed was horrible ! My kept on folding to the middle. No proper coffee. Sorry, but not sorry. For a 4 star, you should have some proper coffee in the rooms. Not cheap instant coffee.

Liked mostAmazing staff at the reception, comfortable beds.

Could improveA lot of dust under the closet. My kid lost a toy car under it and it was really gross to take it out. A bit scary neighbourhood across the river.

Lovely stay, very comfortable room and excellent staff.

Liked mostThe staff were very friendly and professional.

Could improveAn alarm went off in the room at 1.15am and we didn't get back to sleep. I asked at reception why the alarm had gone off and I was told they didn't know and were looking into it.
