Could improveDemasiado ruido, incómodo , la cama no era cómoda , estaba mal distribuido , la persiana no cierra completamente queda una parte abierta . Del piso de arriba se escucha mucho ruido .

Could improveEstaba con mucha actividad, el personal no muy atento a los requerimientos básicos, tales como toallas limpias en el sector de la piscina, mi apartamento en una semana lo limpiaron solo 2 veces, el sector de la piscina sucio y permitían que la gente espere ahi con todas sus valijas, lo que parecía mas un aeropuerto que un sector de piscina y relajamiento. Me he quedado muchisimas veces en el elser pero esta vez parecia un hotel de segunda, venido a menos. Lo que me parece pesimo es la garantia de usd 200 dolares diarios que retienen y que aun despues de 1 semana que me fui, aun no devuelven. Esto es gravisimo
