Liked mostDie Lage ist wirklich günstig. Die RooftopBar und das Frühstück fallen positiv auf.

Could improveAuf der RooftopBar werden auswärtige Events priorisiert. Wir haben keinen Stuhl mit dieser Begründung bekommen. Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant ist unpersönlich und man wird mehr „abgefertigt“ wie an einem Flughafenschalter. Ausnahmen waren der nette Concierge und der Sommelier wo ein Blickkontakt und ein Lächeln noch drin lag.

Liked mostOur bay view room was very comfortable with good facilities, room had both LAN socket & Wifi, cleanliness of our room and general hotel facilities was excellent, room was serviced twice per day, fantastic fresh breakfasts served each day, all staff provided excellent service and were very friendly, this hotel has a great location.

Liked mostWe absolutely loved our stay at The Fullerton Bay Hotel. The location could hardly be better - right in the heart of Marina Bay, with so much within walking distance. It was perfect for exploring Singapore, but at the same time the hotel itself felt wonderfully calm and relaxing. The staff were genuinely friendly, warm and attentive throughout our stay. Nothing ever felt forced or overly formal, which we really appreciated. Our room was spotless, beautifully maintained and the bed was so comfortable that getting up in the morning was probably the hardest part of the stay. Breakfast deserves a special mention. The omelette was officially declared the best omelette my partner has ever eaten - and apparently this is now the benchmark all future hotel omelettes will have to compete with. The breakfast overall was excellent and definitely something we looked forward to every morning. What we liked most was the atmosphere. The hotel feels elegant and luxurious, but never stiff or impersonal. Coming back after a long day in Singapore, sitting by the Marina Bay and simply enjoying the surroundings felt genuinely special. For us, it was the perfect combination of location comfort, service and atmosphere. We would happily stay here again.
