Room extremely disappointing.

Liked mostThe hotel and staff were excellent as far as breakfast, location, etc.

Could improveThe room was no way close to the price. SMALL, NO CLOSET, NO DRAWERS and was meant for 1 person for overnight stay. In my opinion was not represented properly as an accommodation.

Gracious Grafton service

Liked mostExcellent helpful desk clerks. Yummy breakfast and coffee. Very quiet rooms, must be sound proofed well. Nice eco shower. Our king bed very comfy, good quality. Location very good for tourist attractions by walking. We enjoyed the park also, St. Stephen's green.

Could improveThis is potentially difficult area for rental car drivers. We utilized taxis a couple times who know the area well and worked for us. Family also used hop on/ hop off bus service, good value. Street names are on the buildings not on posts on corners.
