Could improveDer Frückstücksraum war völlig überfüllt und man hat uns darum gebeten mit dem Frühstück in die Lounge zu gehen. Wir warteten mehr als 1 Stunde auf ein Taxi. Die Mitarbeiter erklärten uns erst auf Nachfrage, dass die Metro nur wenige Minuten entfernt ist. Das man in einem solchen Hotel kein Taxi bekommt halte ich für ungewöhnlich und schwach. Die Mitarbeiter zeigten auch wenig Verständnis und schienen sich nicht wirklich um ein Taxi zu bemühen.

I would stay there again when visiting Brussels.

Liked mostThe room had an amazing view of the city. Breakfast was plentiful with an incredible assortment of food to accommodate all cultures and dietary needs. The spa was very nice. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating.
