Could improve1. הזמנתי 3 חדרים. ציינתי בפניה שחייבים להיות סמוכים כי אנחנו עם ילדים קטנים וסבים בני 80..כמו כן פניתי עוד פעמיים לפני הגעתינו עם הבקשה, ובכל זאת חדר אחד היה בקומה 7 והאחרים ב5. 2. נאלצתי להחליף לחדר בקןמה 5 בחצי מהגודל שהזמנתי, ועדיין חשבו שיש לחייב אותי לפי הגדול. 3. אחד מהחדרים שהזמנתי היה פרימיום עם קינג סייז בד, קיבלנו בקושי מיטה וחצי. כשהפנתי את תשומת לבם הסכימו לחייב לפי החדר שקיבלתי ושום פיצוי. 4. ביקשתי עריסה לצינוק-קיבלתי עריסה קשה , בלי מזרון ובלי מצעים. 5. ארוחת בוקר דלה, ועל תוספת של פרוסת לחם אחת מבקשים 4 דולר! 5. מחיר של מלון יוקרה, ובפועל מלון ציקמוק 6. מיטה נפתחת בסלון של הסוויטה היתה בלתי ניתנת לשינה.

Could improveI chose to stay at this hotel for one night to do business in a nearby center the following day, but the ‘quiet’ room given to me was located right by the elevator which intermittently woke me up. All the lights in the room were not operational. And lastly the receptionist on check out was shrewd slipping out of her mouth ‘Do you know how hotels work?’ when discussing a late check out fee (although requests were previously stated). The interaction left much to be desired with a need for better verbal and online communication in regards to expectatant fees and accommodations.
